Creating Digital Equity in the Central Valley

CVIIC (Central Valley Immigrant Integration) hosted the free webinar Creating Digital Equity in the Central Valley. The event featured two guest speakers: Scott Adams, Deputy Director of Broadband and Digital Literacy, California Department of Technology, and Amanda Bergson-Shilcock, Senior Fellow, Building Skills Coalition.

This is one in a series of digital equity-related events that CVIIC is organizing in order to promote the engagement of nonprofit and public sector entities in bringing about digital access and literacy skills to low-income families and other social sectors in the Central Valley that currently have limited or no access to the technology and the necessary training to function and compete in the age of information.

Please find below the video recording of the webinar and also the pdf versions of the presentations by Scott Adams and Amanda Bergson-Shilcock.
